Warranty details

Buzzbikes provides a 1 month warranty on internal engine components and manufacturers faults ONLY.

WARRANTY CLAIMS DO NOT INCLUDE ANY LABOUR FEES TO CARRY OUT REPAIRS.

WARRANTY IS SPECIFIC TO PARTS ONLY

Warranty on engine parts does not include the electrics or damage to engines due to lack of  maintenance. Where engine warranty is offered, we striclty require maintenance proceedures to be documented and approved by us. We will need to thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to any claims being approved or repairs carried out. Buzz Bikes PL DO NOT, at any time offer a full refund on any products. We will consider exchange on PARTS ONLY, if they are proven to be incorrect or faulty, not a refund.

There is NO refund or exchange on secondhand used products at all..

 

Crossfire Motorcycles Warranty / Servicing Conditions: * Applicable to Crossfire products purchased at Buzz Bikes PL All sales are final, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (see below). Please note as we hold a limited amount of stock, once deposit is paid the machine is held until an arranged pick up date, or up to two weeks from invoice date whichever is first. Deposits are Non refundable, subject to your rights under the ACL Please ensure you register your machine at: Warranty Registration wwithin one week of purchasing. Any warranty conditions are on top of your rights automatically provided in Australia Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), automatic consumer guarantees apply to many products and services you buy regardless of any other warranties suppliers sell or give to you. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Assembly Please ensure the product is properly assembled before use. Any Crossfire machine can only be assembled by a trained technician following the completion of a predelivery checklist . A receipt of payment for assembly may be required when making warranty claims for parts. Servicing Full service has to be conducted after 1 month of invoice date or after 10 hours of riding, whichever comes first. A receipt of payment for the service may be required when making warranty claims for parts. Your warranty will be voided, if any of these conditions are not met. Your warranty can be voided, if any non-genuine or non-standard part has been fitted to your machine. In order to take advantage of the Crossfire limited warranty, you must have maintenance performed according to the schedule (contained in the relevant owner’s manual supplied with this product), by an authorised Crossfire dealer. You are free to have your Crossfire product serviced by any suitably qualified mechanic and this will not affect your statutory warranties, however, failure by the owner to have the recommended servicing carried out by an authorised Crossfire dealer means that you cannot take advantage of the Crossfire limited warranty. All consequent services need to be conducted as per the machine user manual. If in doubt, please contact Crossfire Motorcycles for further information. All receipts of payment for the services may be required when making warranty claims for parts. Operating the Machine Warranty does not cover any loss or damages incurred from reckless use of the machine, accident or collision it is important to note that riding is a dangerous activity and training should be taken prior to operating the equipment.. The upkeep and maintenance is the responsibility of the driver/rider and should be done prior to using the machine. User manuals and dealerships of purchase should be referred to if unsure of any procedures or safety. Following the pre ride procedure in the user manual is imperative for safe operation of the machine. Please refer to Assembly and Servicing above.

 

Returns and Refunds

Goods supplied through the Online Shop or instore purchase, are considered to be a firm sale. Please choose your purchases carefully, and check your order details before making payment.

Returns will not be accepted for any change of mind, Goods must be received back at Buzz Bikes in original condition for a full credit / refund to be forthcoming.

All prices are in Australian Dollars. While we make every effort to publish the correct price, all prices are subject to change without notice.

While we take all reasonable care to ensure that the details and descriptions appearing in the Online Shop are correct, product information is subject to change without notice.

Buzz Bikes reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

Gift Vouchers

Items purchased with a gift voucher are still liable for postage charges. Please contact store for further details.

Buzz Bikes published prices for domestic sales are inclusive of GST.

GST isn't applicable to orders delivered to an overseas address. We do not advertise an international price exclusive of GST.  On overseas deliveries the goods are offered at the published price.

You must complete payment before your order can be processed. Payment are made by Paypal

Gift voucher redemption – If ordering online please select the ‘cheque’ payment option note that you are paying via gift voucher in the comments field.  Please forward a copy of your order along with your gift voucher to the eSales unit. Items purchased with a gift voucher are still liable for postage charges.
